Inside the small building. To get inside, climb the crates behind it, then throw a grenade through the window to destroy the boxes blocking the door.

At the end of a walkway inside a huge cave, accessed through a tunnel overlooking the lake to the north-east. Once inside, squeeze through the tunnels; when you enter a large area, climb the pipes above a pool of acid and follow the fenced-off walkway around the corner.
