Description

A bandit who’s good with kicks and a former member of the pirate cooks led by Red Shoes Zeff. Wanting to be like Zeff, he trained his legs in the desert, and now brags that his strength surpasses Red Shoes. He wears red shoes because of this misunderstanding and seems very confident in the speed of his kicks. Others call him that because of how fast he can run, though. They say that no one can catch him if he gets a head start.
