Description
A man from the North Blue who formed a pirate crew from
his admiration of Germa 66. He’s an especially big fan
of the commander in chief, Garuda, because he has a
similar name and tends to annoy people, but he enjoys
playing Germa with his crew. You have to be a fan of
Germa 66 to join his pirate crew.
