Description

Aquatic creatures that have adapted to life on land. Though similar to the Andangler, the shape of the light on their heads are different and are designed to attract the Sparklerjelly that float in the air of the Oilwell Basin. Due to this, some theorize that the Andangler and Blink Angler may have evolved from other amphibious fish.
