Inn in Grand Trad should have more details.
Go to the Disgraced Ruins and slay Bandit Chief Cistus. Beware Electric attacks. Utilise money-based skills against him and his minions. Recommended:

Berserker.

Founder’s Hatchet. I should report back to the recruitment centre and collect my reward.
