Location

• In the Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, obtain it from the Vestige of Brother Jeremiah. Exit the first doorway and ascend the stairs to the right. Proceed through the doorway and climb the stairs. You’ll find an item on a body near the ledge on the right side. After clearing the area of enemies, collect Duty’s Chime.
