Wilmarc’s Catalyst can be obtained from:

• Forsaken Fen: The item can be found behind the petrified Kukajin. You can choose to either free her using a radiant healing spell or holy throwable items to cleanse the status effects or kill her to get the item. Note that killing her while petrified locks you out of her quest line.
