Rune of Adyr, further empowered by its creator.
Use
The 
Empowered Rune of Adyr is needed and used to trigger the Inferno ending in Lords of the Fallen. Once you have the rune, return to the five beacons and overload them with the empowered rune. Return to the Empyrean beacon after this and once Judge Cleric is defeated, go over and use the Empowered Rune of Adyr to trigger the ending.
Where to Find / Item Location
Bramis Castle: In the Throne Room; Players need to interact with Adyr’s Effigy in the Throne Room and hand over the Rune of Adyr.
