If a heavy weapon strike is stopped by armour, it can still do damage, and an opponent with the wind knocked out of them or a broken bone is probably done for anyway.
Effect
If you wound an opponent with a war hammer, mace or cudgel, their stamina will recover 15% slower. The effect lasts for 15 seconds.
