Whenever you do something illegal, especially in the vicinity of a police officer, you will get a wanted level. If you’ve played a GTA game before, you know that the Wanted Level can go up to six stars, with each star yielding a more threatening law enforcement presence. Normally, getting to six stars by itself is quite the endeavor, as the FBI and heavier presence from four stars onward can be tough to evade. However, there is a surefire way to go from zero stars to five in an instant, while also procuring a way to make it easier to not die and get that final sixth star.

South of the Verdant Meadows airfield, which you will acquire during the main story missions, is a government base called Area 69. Simply entering the compound will give you an automatic five stars, which means that you are going to have a lot of law enforcement on you. To get into the compound, there is a breakable fence on the southern side. Towards the northern side, there is a little hangar that will have a Rhino underneath it, which is a perfect opportunity for “borrowing” it. From there, you can simply drive to Las Venturas to cause enough mayhem to get that final star.
