“You come upon a broken-down car by the roadside. Help get it back on the road by bringing a repair kit.”
Description
To complete this sidequest, go to Hulldagh Pike and ride a Chocobo to the Electrical Tower where you will find a man with a broken car. Give him a 
Repair Kit to help him and complete the quest. If you don’t have a Repair Kit, buy one at the Coernix Station.
