Location: 
College Square Station. You first need to unlock the door leading to the area behind the counter. One way is to pick the Expert level lock. Or you can head west to pass through the gate and down the stairs. When you get to the floor below, head south and into the side room to find a Novice level terminal. Unlock this and activate the Protectron units. The door on the upper floor should be opened now.
Bonus: 5% bonus damage dealt by companions.
