Location: Wattz Consumer Electronics. Go to the bottom floor and enter the room on the north side. Use the terminal to unlock the next door, and the magazine is on the desk in the back of the room.

Bonus: The holotape contained in this magazine can be loaded into your Pip Boy, and you’ll receive two options: “Disengage Safety Sensors” and “Override Alliance Parameters.” The former sets all targets as hostiles (including yourself) and the latter will mark yourself and any companions as friendly while all other targets are marked hostile. Additionally, if you load the tape into a Protectron terminal, you will get the option “Hijack VIP Escort Protocols,” which sets the Protectron as a temporary follower.
