Once the main headquarters of the Boston Bugle newspaper company before the Great War.
Layout
- The building has three accessible floors.
- Entrance through the street door leads to a lobby area with a receptionist desk and an elevator.
- The elevator takes you to an upper floor with a ruined office guarded by a hostile Protectron.
- A collapsed floor and a stairwell provide access to a middle floor below, where a steamer trunk is located.
- Both upper and middle floors feature Novice-locked Boston Bugle article terminals containing pre-War news.
- A wooden door on the upper floor leads to a ruined exterior office with a vantage point for MILA and a Novice-locked floor safe.

- Vault-Tec lunchbox: Found on the upper floor in a blue crate.
