Bestial Sanctum

Description

The area is guarded by the Black Blade Kindred boss, who drop the Gargoyle’s Blackblade and Gargoyle’s Black Halberd. You’ll also find Gurranq, the Beast Clergyman inside. You can access the area using the Sending Gate behind the Third Church of Marika in eastern Limgrave.

Location

The Bestial Sanctum is in the northeasternmost part of Dragonbarrow, Caelid.

Gurranq can be fed Deathroot eight times, in return for the following rewards:

• Clawmark Seal & Beast Eye
• Bestial Sling
• Bestial Vitality
• Ash of War: Beast’s Roar
• Beast Claw
• Stone of Gurranq
• Beastclaw Greathammer
• Gurranq’s Beast Claw

Upon feeding Gurranq a fourth Deathroot, he’ll become aggressive. You’ll need to fight him until he is subdued before you can continue giving him Deathroots for more rewards.
