A Tarnished to be hunted, talk to Patches in Volcano Manor and he’ll task you with assassinating Great Horned Tragoth. You can “invade” him by interacting with the red summoning sign near the Magma Wyrm Makar Site of Grace.

Great Horned Tragoth can be summoned to assist you with the Draconic Tree Sentinel which guards the entrance to Leyndell, Royal Capital. Interact with the golden summoning sign to enlist him.
