This is a massive striking weapon that scales with Strength and Dexterity and has the Weapon Skill: Sorcery of the Crozier.

Location

• The Watchdog’s Staff is found in the Road’s End Catacombs, in the southwest of Liurnia of the Lakes, just south of the Minor Erdtree. Go inside, down the stairs and follow the path round to the south. Run down two more flights of stairs south and then east, and then at the bottom, immediately turn back on yourself to see a wall that is illusory. Hit it to reveal an area with some imps and a corpse at the back that contains the Watchdog’s Staff.
