Description

Raw Meat Dumpling is a consumable item that restores approximately 50% of the user’s health, but also inflicts poison on the user. Although the item description states “causes poison buildup” it in fact immediately and fully poisons the user, meaning they will start taking poison damage immediately after the heal resolves. This makes it important to have a poison cure (either a bolus or a spell) ready. Ways to restore health beyond the Flask of Crimson Tears are rare in Elden Ring, so having Raw Meat Dumplings handy as an “emergency” health solution for long stretches between Sites of Graces can be useful.
