Drops from the Tibia Mariner (Altus Plateau) located in Wyndham Ruins in Altus Plateau.

Has a very long cast time and is unfortunately, a rather weak spell. The unique skill Rosus’s Summons found on Rosus’s Axe offers an almost identical ability.
