Description

Mending Rune of the Death-Prince is a Great Rune that unlike most other Great Runes, cannot be equipped. It’s only effect is to alter the ending of the game.

Location

Once you’ve killed Lichdragon Fortissax in Deeproot Depths, and you have returned from the Deathbed Dream you’ll see that it appears Fia has fallen into a coma. You can loot her to obtain the Mending Rune of the Death-Prince - the key item which can influence the ending of the game.
