Inside the Crypt area of the Ancient Battlefield. You need to enter the main way, then climb a ladder to the outside. From there, go to another ruined tower with ladder to get to the other corridor locked from the main entrance. Follow the pathway up, and its in a room to the right at the end of the corridor before the stairs.
