Dragon Evilities List

By
Jarrod Garripoli

Evilities have been a mechanic in the Disgaea series since they debuted in Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice. They are passive abilities that can be equipped to your characters, with a wide ranged of effects. This page will list all of the Evilities that unlock for the Dragon class, as well as point out any standout Evilities that can be good for builds.

In order to get the Common Evilities from the Classes for other characters, you will need to increase the Class Proficiency for that characters through the subclass system. For example, if you wish to get the Warrior Evilities for Zed, then you need to set the Warrior as his subclass and rank it up, then purchase them from the Skill Shop. Every class has five Common Evilities, with each rank adding an additional Evility to the shop, so you need at least Rank 5 to get all of the Common Evilities from a single class.

(1 of 4) You need to earn stars as the subclass to unlock their Evilities

As far as Unique Evilities go, each of the classes will have one that will be stuck on that character and cannot be changed out at all. In order to get the classes’ Unique Evilities on other characters, you will first need to master that class through the subclass system. After doing that, you will then need to unlock an Unique Evility slot for that character. For more information on that, visit the How to Unlock More Evility Slots page.

Dragon’s Unique Evility

The Dragon’s Unique Evility is called Rising Dragon, and it basically increases the character’s attack power by 10% per each attack received, up to a maximum of 100%. So, the more the character with this Evility is attacked, the stronger they become. While it’s not too bad, it is predicated on the fact the character is attacked, which isn’t always something that will happen, although there is the one Evility that makes it so you’re more likely to be attacked.

List of Common Evilities (Dragon)

Icon Common Evility Description Mana Cost Slots
D6_Vanguard_Icon.png Dragon’s Hoard Increase stats by 10% when an Emblem is equipped 100 2
D6_Super_Guts_Icon.png Dragonscales Increase defense power by 100% when HP is above 90% 250 4
D6_Blasting_Fist_Icon.png Cull the Weak Increase damage dealt to Weakened units by 100% 1,000 4
D6_High_Firepower_Icon.png Fetters Seal Special skills, but increase stats by 100% 2,500 3
D6_Boiling_Blood_Icon.png King’s Dignity Increase damage dealt to Boss units by 50% 5,000 4

The real takeaway from the Dragon’s Common Evilities is definitely Fetters. It will increase your stats by 100% (the max you can have, by the way), at the expense of sealing your Special skills. Considering there are ways to increase your normal attacks by a good bit, Fetters should definitely be used in a character’s build that specializes in normal attacks. King’s Dignity could be good in the situations where you know you’re fighting a Boss enemy, but it’s useless outside of that. The rest of the Evilities are situational, or useless when the thing isn’t happening (in the case of the defense one).
