Makonoid G Clones

Description

A monstrous humanoid created by Shinra, the Makonoid has over 300,000 HP and generally high stats, making them annoyingly durable foes… Fitting enough, as you won’t encounter them until Mission 9-5-1. Their Drain Claw attack deals little damage, but also heals the Makonoid for an equally disappointing amount, while its Tracking Missile attack will shoot out three homing missiles that deal moderate MP damage if they hit. The attack you really have to worry about, however, is Rip, a multihit attack that can deal 7,000 - 10,000 damage multiple times (255 VIT), cumulatively dealing over 40,000 damage in a single attack. You can steal Dualcast Materia (rare) from Makonoids.
