Sand Reaper (Green) Predators

Description

You can find four different types of Sand Reaper, but three of them are exactly the same other than their colour, which varies between green, yellow, and orange. The Sand Reaper Queen is red, and much larger than the others. It’ll take a lot more damage to kill it and you can expect receive a lot more damage in the process!

Although Sand Reapers are formidable opponents, they can also be used as pet allies to defend your base.

In-game Description

The wealth of Hyborian nations is built upon the backs of their beasts of burden and those who know how to handle an animal. And the mark of a man can be weighed by the manner in which he treats the least of his animals. Feed them and give them a place to live and they can be the greatest allies in the world. Neglect them and reap the consequences.

Basic Location

You can encounter Sand Reapers among the dunes to the north. These giant locusts skitter across sand and should generally be avoided at all costs. They can, however, be harvested for their toxin glands, which is a key ingredient for creating deadly poisons.

Combat Tips

The Sand Reapers generally hit you with sweeping melee attacks, but they can also spew sand at you from a distance. Be on the lookout for the animation as they draw their jaws back before spitting the sand!
