1. The Continent
In the room opposite where you find the 
Expedition 55 journal, take the rope down to the level below. At the bottom, use the grapple point and head down the stairs. You’ll find a paint cage on the left at the bottom.
You’ll see two of the three locks almost immediately. One, above the cage to the left, the second, on the top of the pillar behind the cage. To find the third and final lock, tun around and head over to the floating disc elevator, then turn to face the staircase you came down a moment ago. You’ll see the lock hidden by the rubble pile to the left. Destroy the locks and snag your prize.
