1. The Continent
In the paint cage in the 
Tainted Sanctuary. You can find it through the crawlspace towards the end of the area.
There are three locks as usual. The first is on the huge stone column in the center of the area. The second is in the area just below, behind the golden Gestral with its arms folded. The third is behind the Black Rock near the cage. You need the Paint Break skill from collecting Lost Gestrals to break it.
