Location / Where to Find

Found on a defeated Dark Justiciar who was turned into a rat below the giant statue of Shar. You can access this location by casting Feater Fall and exploring the base of the statue. ( X:-721, Y:-723). This drops alongside the Justiciar’s Greatshield.

Effects/Special Abilities

• Shadow-Blinding: If you attack with Advantage, you have a chance to Blind your target.
• Shadowsoaked Strike: Strike an enemy, adding your proficiency bonus to the damage. Moreover, if the attack hits, it also deals an additional 1d6 Psychic damage. This attack doesn’t break concealment.
