Location / Where to Find

Sold by Vicar Humbletoes, located in the Stormshore Tavernacle, the temple found in the square at the entrance of the Lower City from the Wyrmgate.

Effects/Special Abilities

• Radiant Strike: On a hit, inflict 1 turn of Radiating Orb upon a target. (Lower’s chance to hit by 1 per Radiating Orb Stack.)
• Sanctified Weapon: Undead creatures struck by this weapon are possibly turned. (similar to Turn undead, but in melee action form)
• Dawnburst Strike: Deal additional Radiant damage equal to your Proficiency Bonus. On a hit, light erupts around you in a 3m area. Enemies in the light must succeed a DC 13 Constitution Saving Throw, or be Blinded. Blind lasts 3 turns. Skill resets on short rest.
• Tenacity (Main Hand Only): When you miss, you deal 1 Bludgeoning damage anyway.
