Location / Where to Find

Inside the hidden Sharran Sanctuary located near the graveyard. It requires you to solve the plaque puzzle to enter it. When inside, you need to solve a few more statue roll puzzles, and then take the dagger from the altar. Be warned, taking the altar can cause some guards to spawn.
