You’ll be able to accept this Side Mission from a Strange Fanatic in Carnivora, which you’ll gain access to once you’ve progressed a bit further into the Blood Drive Main Mission.
Go to the Podium / Complete Trivia¶

Once you’ve accepted the mission, follow the Strange Fanatic into the small arena and wait until the game prompts you to step into the Podium. Wait for the Fanatic to explain the game’s rules and then press any button to begin.
Kill opposition¶
After the game has ended, take out the contestant and the audience.
After the game has ended the opposition isn’t too happy with losing so they begin to attack you, quickly take them out to progress to the next step.
Talk to Zahnzi¶
With the contestant and the audiance taken care of, head up onto the stage and speak with Zahnzi to complete the Mission.
