Secret Chief Talks Side Quests
Overview
Head to 
River Zora Village and speak to Iwara, in Dradd’s hutt.
Next, head east from the village and look for Tellium.
Finally, return to the 
Cave where you rescued Kushala earlier on.

Kushara’s assistant, Rogma, is worried that his chief is acting strangely. He hopes you will ask Dradd about what she has been discussing with him in private.
Dradd’s assistant, Inawa, is also worried about her chief’s secret meetings with Kushara. Ask the River Zora where Dradd has gone.
The River Zora Tellum thinks that Dradd and Kushara are meeting in a cave in 
Zora Cove, and that’s where Dradd has gone.
The reason the two chiefs were speaking in secret was to come up with a heartfelt way to thank their assistants. Now that everyone understands, it seems they’ve all become a little closer.
