You followed the chiefs to the River Zora village, where you heard Dradd shout from somewhere around the village.

You found Kushara on the east side of the village. A Zora father fell into a Rift during Lord Jabu-Jabu’s rampage. So did Dradd, while saving a child from the same fate!

Tri created an entrance into the small Rift that swallowed up Dradd and the other River Zora.

You saved Dradd and the River Zora by taking care of the Rift. Dradd had only a moment to thank you, then left to follow after Lord Jabu-Jabu and Kushara.
