Ice Penguin Waford Enemies

Description

A subspecies of Dry Penguin. They enjoy the cold, but
it’s too cold where they live and moving is bothersome
for them. What look like knit caps are actually
feathers on their heads. They have been hardened by the
cold and their charges are more powerful then the
original Dry Penguins. They are starved for
entertainment and will latch onto any unexpected
activity. They are sometimes found in unexpected
habitats, and they enjoy the cold glare they receive
that seem to say “You don’t belong here.”
