As indicated by the description, this achievement can only be unlocked in multiplayer. To do so you’ll need to not only charge 100 enemy players, but kill them with the charge. You can do this most easily using a mount as you hunt down already weakened players. This is arguably one of the most difficult to achieve in multiplayer, since you’re relying on finding enough weakened players to kill with charge damage.
