Tyrant Hopper Insects

Description

A phase mutation of the Emperor Hopper. Their bodies are reddish-black and are more ferocious. While Hoppers are usually herbivorous, this type feeds on carrion. Due to similarities across different regions, it is believed the mutation must occur in environments where plants are scarce. This causal relationship between a creature’s formative environment and its mutations has become a major subject of research.
