First head to the South of the castle outside the walls. You should here Ailsa Travers talking. Head up the hill and light the brazier there. Step on the pedestal and you will go underground to a tomb where you will face several Inferi, then Ailsa once you have unlocked the door
After you defeat Ailsa you will access the Lord of the Manor battle. Two Foes for the price of one.
