The NPC Blackguard Big Boggart can be found here. He has his own quest line as well as being involved in Rya’s as he stole her necklace.

He sells Boiled Prawns for 600 Runes, these will boost physical damage negation for a short duration.

The Spread Out gesture can be obtained by purchasing a Boiled Prawn, and talking to Blackguard again.
