Special incantation of the ancient dragon Florissax. Calls down red lightning to bolster the caster and nearby allies. While enrobed with red lightning, all forms of damage negation (including physical) are increased. This also increases damage negation while guarding as an additional effect. There was a time when the priestess never knew love, and thus never used this incantation herself.

Getting this spell involves a fair bit of work.

Do Thiollier’s quest until you get Thiollier’s Concoction.
Reach the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion by going through the Dragon’s Pit dungeon, heading east, and then south.
Talk to the Dragon Communion Priestess and exhaust her dialogue.
Make your way to the Jagged Peak Mountainside and defeat Ancient Dragon Senessax.
Head east after the battle to find Igon and exhaust his dialogue.
Teleport back to the Dragon Communion Priestess and ask her about Igon.
Pass the time at the nearby shrine until night, talk to the priestess, and drug her with the concoction.
Pass the time to day and speak to the Priestess who has now broken her vow. Keep passing time until she does this.
Travel to Jagged Peak Summit, and summon Igon who’s summon sign will be inside the battle arena.
Defeat Bayle the Dread and touch the site of Grace that appears.
Immediately teleport back to the Priestess and talk to her to obtain the spell.
