In the room above the stairs from the Cleansing Chamber Anteroom site of Grace you’ll be met by 
Needle Knight Leda. Depending on how you’ve progressed the NPC quests, you’ll have a battle against her and her allies. Each of them will drop their armor set and/or weapons after the battle on their corpses scattered around the area.
