Wutai Private Wutai Forces
Description
The weakest of Wutai’s forces, the lowly Wutai Private is roughly comparable to the Shinra , which means they’re not really a serious threat to any SOLDIER operative worth his suspenders. They’ll attack with swipes from their bladed rifles, which are a good bit more powerful than the cotton balls the guns actually fire. You’ll fight them in Chapter 1 in and around Fort Tamblin, as well as in Mission 4-1-1.
