This foot allows 
Monoco to use the 
Sakapatate Slam skill. It will drop as Battle Loot when you defeat the corresponding enemy with Monoco as an active member of your party. The new skill will be learned automatically when you recieve the item. Open Monoco’s Skills menu to equip it.
