How to Use
In 
The Manor there is an empty picture frame on the staircase near the 
Entry Hall flag. Once you have this item, you can then interact with the frame and place the portrait inside. This will trigger a short cutscene where you will see the previously locked door at the end of the central ground-floor corridor open.
