You’ll find this boss from a previous area just leisurely wandering around the 
Tainted Meadow.

One of the four bosses you need to defeat to complete this area.
Flanked by a 
Frost Évêque and a 
Flame Évêque.
From the Central Plaza, head to the right-hand side and jump up on the huge picture frame. Far off in the distance, you’ll notice a grapple point that will bring you to this area.
