End of area boss. You will encounter him just after the 
Ancient Bridge Flag

One of the four bosses you need to defeat to complete this area.
A much stronger version of the original 
Dualliste boss. To find it, take the left path out of 
Central Plaza (Flying Manor) and climb the handholds to reach the platform above. Go up the stair past the patrolling 
Stalact.
