The Royal Family of Flowing Sands’ boss fight in the Sandgate Village, but only when you defeat the King of Flowing Sands BEFORE the Second Prince of Flowing Sands. Defeating the prince first will end the boss fight early, making this item (and potentially the 
Second Rat Prince spirit) unobtainable.
Effect
Flesh, torn from the foe, emits a pungent reek. It may lure some yaoguais to draw near.
