Found near the Mirrormere Shrine in Snowhill Path. After defeating the boss there, follow the right-hand side of the frozen lake until you reach a small island with a tree sticking out of it. You’ll find this Soak on the island.

Using the gourd moderately extends the duration of the next 
Immobilize Spell for a short duration.
