"Windscale - Protestors at the Perimeter" Findings

Derek, I am well aware that the presence of protestors at the outer perimeter helps to convince people that Windscale is a legitimate nuclear facility, but that doesnt solve my problems with the daft buggers trying to get over the fence. Ive got a dozen new scientists arriving that need special vetting before next week and I dont have the time to be dealing with the constant nuisance that these troublemakers represent. I know that the police in Wyndham arent set up for this kind of thing, but my security team dont have the manpower either. Someone in Whitehall needs to come up with an answer PDQ.
