"Plan to Shift the Windscale Plant" Findings

reiterate my disbelief that the Minister feels that this plan to shift the Windscale plant is practical or will prove effective. I am fully aware that Oberon is a very high priority, but couldnt we simply have slapped a military base on the site, as we did with the Mousehole and Barquist affairs? After all the attention the originally proposed Windscale site has garnered, simply turning on a sixpence to relocate the facility will draw attention, not avoid it.
