Upon reaching Chapter 8, Swift Solutions will gain some new citizens for your kingdom that he can scout. Complete enough errands to gain the necessary amount of Tokens of Gratitude (listed above) to get this quest. All you have to do is then speak to the citizen to have them join your kingdom. Drew can be found in Upper Midtown.
You are Evan Pettiwhisker Tildrum, a young boy that is to become the king of Ding Dong Dell. After the passing of his father, he was to inherit the throne, but a coup d’etat by his truster adviser put his life in danger. Thanks to a mysterious stranger named Roland, he is saved, but not without losing his kingdom in the process. Evan has decided to start a new kingdom, one where everyone can live in peace, with the help of his newly acquired friend, Roland.
