This course isn’t too bad on its own, but added with the need for speed, can make it pretty tough. Good propeller and stability is an absolute must to achieve the Gold.
You start off in the air already flying at speed so maintain that but lower your altitude a little or you risk missing the first checkpoints. Keep the nose pointed firmly down as you follow the freeway until you have to turn left above another freeway. Use the control stick to make the turn so you can keep a decent speed as you go.
The freeway will bend and lead to a large bridge which you must fly over. Make sure you do a fairly tight turn and then gain a bit of height to pass over the bridge. Notice the next bridge in the distance? This is where the course can make or break your run. It can be a nightmare if you approach it in an unstable manner.
Reduce your height so you can fly under the supports and keep the helicopter steady! It is a very tight squeeze through here so take it easy with the speed. If you go in too fast, you’ll probably get your propellers caught in something and it’ll be game over. It also helps for the next checkpoint because you’ll need to reduce altitude and make a fairly tight turn in one go.
And finally, you will come in above the airport terminals and the helipad will be directly after that. Slow up before you reach the edge so you can make a nice fast landing.
